VENETTO provides design and renovation services including architectural design, interior design, 3D visualization, and turnkey project execution.

Quote Estimates

Online quote estimates are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing is determined after site inspection and detailed consultation. We reserve the right to adjust quotes based on site conditions and scope changes.

Project Terms

Formal project agreements include:

• Detailed scope of work
• Payment schedule and terms
• Timeline and milestones
• Change order procedures
• Warranty and post-completion support

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documentation remain the property of VENETTO until final payment is received. Clients receive a license to use designs for the specified project only.

Limitation of Liability

VENETTO is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, material shortages, or other factors beyond our control. We carry appropriate insurance for professional liability and general liability.
